1. Tokens
You need tokens to play. There are two types of tokens: silver and gold.

How do silver tokens work?
Silver tokens are free and are awarded automatically every day at 12:00 noon. They are valid for 24 hours, until the next daily award. At that point, your silver token balance is reset to:

Unused silver tokens do not carry over to the next day.
What are welcome tokens?
Every new user receives 100 silver welcome tokens after creating an account, so they can get to know the portal and the game rules during their first 24 hours. After that, the usual daily rules for silver tokens apply.
How do I get gold tokens?
Gold tokens never expire and remain valid until you spend them playing. You can get them in several ways:
- By purchasing a token package (you need to be signed in).
- Daily sign-in: you get 5 gold tokens for your first sign-in each day.
- Winning a game: you get 5 gold tokens for every win. The reward is given only for games played to the end.
- Through promotions, when available.
Can token amounts change?
We reserve the right to change the number of free silver tokens and the gold token rewards given for sign-ins, wins and promotions. Gold tokens you have already purchased or earned stay in your account.
3. Troubleshooting
I didn’t get my free tokens today. Why?
This is extremely rare. The portal has several levels of checks to make sure every player receives their free tokens, and in almost every report we have received, the tokens had been awarded correctly.
First, check that it is past 12:00 noon, since that is when tokens are awarded. If you still think you didn’t get your tokens, contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
Yesterday I had 90 silver tokens, today only 40. Why?
Most likely your Premium status has expired, meaning 15 days have passed since your last token purchase. You can renew it by purchasing any token package.
